Can we use all Arduino boards with labview or only Arduino UNO .?

The only officially supported Arduino board is the Arduino UNO. Below is a link with more information.

I would suggest you consider LINX instead of LIFA. The creators of LIFA have stopped development and moved on to LINX.

Now Using LabVIEW 2019SP1 and TestStand 2019

All the boards which have Tx, Rx or in short have UART
