Automatic installation include updates

I want to include latest updates in the automatic installation of LabVIEW 2014 with selected packages, Elvis, DAQmx, and Device drivers.

Automatic download and installation of LabVIEW works fine using web-based installer (for Academic)  where I can select and download my selected packages of August 2014 versions. Next I configure the suited installer to make a specfile for later automatic installation on several machines.

This works fine, but I want to include latest updates of my selection into this process.

Is there a way to do this?

I found one possible solution:

I download my packages and individual updates of my selection, and unpack them without installing.

Then I use Batch Installer Builder to add links to the individual package directories, and Create and build an installer specification. This creates a setup file that can be used for automatic silent install as above
