Average intensity of an image and background subtraction

If I have 3 images and one of them is the a background noise image, How can I use this background noise image to subtract from the other images.

Hi Abhilash,

 

I would recommend taking a look at this forum post that discusses background subtraction, and even has an example VI posted.
