I am currently trying to communicate with an OHAUS scout scale via Bluetooth. The scale is designed to communicate over Bluetooth with an android device, from the device you can control the scale, read the current weight, change settings etc. I would like to link it to my PC and pull the weight from the scale and view it in labview. The manual to the scale provides GATT UUID's for the Descriptor, service and characteristic, and commands to send the scale to trigger certain actions.
I have the BLE toolkit along with the BLED112 Bluetooth dongle. Using the examples provided with the toolkit I can connect to the scale and read the name. But when trying to read the UUID's OHAUS provided I get nothing. Any help would be appreciated.
