Thank you one and all. I took the easier way out by calling the application property node a little later in the diagram with a minimize then normal again. The API method would probably allow one simple call but would require me to study up on all the ramifications and settings. Someday but not with customers tapping their watches. Hopefully this will work out OK with WinXP since I also have to port the code back to the existing systems so all are the same.
