I am trying to build an executable for my project, however when i right click on build specifications and mouse over new, source distribution is the only option that shows up for selection. I know there are supposed to be more options (ie. application, installer, .NET interop assembly, DLL, etc.). Could someone please help me as to why it may not be appearing and how to fix this issue.
Thanks!

Do you have the application builder?
It is a part of the Professional Development Suite and an add-on to the Full Development Suite. Be sure you have it installed and licensed.

Is there a way to tell if I am using the Professional/Full Suite? Also, if I am using the Full Development Suite, which I think I am, does the add-on cost money or just require a download?

In your Start Menu, search for NI License Manager. You can open the tree under LabVIEW to see which version you have installed. You'll also see Application Builder under the Modules heading there. Which boxes are green?

If you have Professional it is included and most likely would have been installed when you installed the suite. If you have Full then it is not included but can be purchased as an add-on.
