Just recently, I has a similar problem. However, I needed to download the old versions, unzip them and "install" them. During the "installation" process nothing was installed because I had newer versions. However, if I pointed to a folder without doing an instalation, the installer would fail. Once a did an installation of the old stuff, it worked no problems.

Bandit,
Glad to hear that everything is working out.
One thing that may cause a problem, I know because it caused me a problem, is the bitness of the installer and target computer. I spent a lot of time installing the old versions to make an installer, than I got stymied because my computer was 32 bit and the target computer was 64 bit. The intsaller did not give any error messages on the target machine, it just did not work. I did not have time to try an make a new installer.
