CDaq-9171 No Appearing in Max

I have a very old Windows XP machine that has been running a TestStand/LabView program for over a decade now.  I connected to the CDaq-9171 card using my windows 10 laptop plugged directly into the USB of the CDaq-9171.  Ever since then, the old XP computer is not able to recognize the CDaq-9171.

The 9171 will pop up in Max briefly, but will then have a red x on it.  Likewise, the LED's on the 9171 will initially go from active to ready for about 2 seconds on start up, but then the ready light will go out and I only have the active LED.

I can see the 9171 in Device manager, but it says the driver failed to load.

It looks like the Windows XP PC is trying to load the CDaq-9171 but is also trying to see the usb as a "Flash Flash Firmware Updater"

I reset the configuration from Tools in Max, but still it will not stay found in max.

I repaired the Daqmx driver, but still nothing.

But when I plug it back into my Windows 10 laptop, Max sees the 9171 just fine.  Did plugging it into my Windows 10 laptop somehow corrupt it, or automatically update firmware on the module or something?  Any ideas?

I am not sure what is wrong with NI Tech support, but the online request and also the phone numbers are all not good at the moment..

Seems like I need to reload the cDaq-9171 driver to get away from the Flash USB updater.  I believe the problem is that since whenever you plug the module into a different windows version or Max version, it forces to do an update.  My laptop is connected to the internet, so it did this update seamlessly.  However the production machine is offline, so it is not able to do the flash update.

Can I do this update online?  Where do I find the driver for the CDaq-9171?  Should it be loaded with the Daqmx install?
