Can DAQmx read the counter in PF1 in PCI 5105 to control timed-loop

Previously, I'm using DAQmx to read the counter from the PCI 6221 to control the time-loop.

In order to replace this function, can I know DAQmx can read counter signal from the PF1 of PCI 5105?
