Can't change text color in "Update Value while Typing" mode

Hello guys,

attached a simple VI that shows my issue, could you explain why the String Control with "Update Value while Typing" can't change its font color using the property node? And why the node doesnt return any error?

Ok I understood,

NI explains that we have to set the property "Text.Selection" before applying a color, that kinda makes sense. So while you are typing where no text is selected, the color is applied to nothing.

When the focus is lost from the string control, I guess the property "Text.Selection" is the whole text by default, so the color is applied.
