It‘s no problem to use the project in the attachment to build a installer, but when I install this one on a new computer without labview and run it, I get a error that can't find NVIORef.dll. How to fix it?

If I remember correctly, that dll is a part of the DSC module.
If you're building an installer to run this on a PC that doesn't have LV, you'll also need to install the DSC runtime on that PC.

I have created the installer with the DSC run-time module checked, but it does not work.
