Not without a lot of troubles. Torque sensors typically consist of a resistor bridge that you connect either as half bridge or full bridge to an according analog measurement device. In order for a resistor bridge to work you need some excitation voltage or current (in principle a power supply with a very stable voltage or current) and then you measure the difference between the two other points of the bridge (full bridge) or the middle tap of a half bridge configuration to ground.

Your 9215 doesn't provide such an excitation source. You can of course build that yourself by taking a stable power supply but all in all the wiring and additional devices quickly cost you more than a properly suited measurement device. Not to forget about the extra complexity of your wiring which can pick up all kinds of noise and other disturbances if you don't do it perfectly right.
