We recently got a new laptop for the lab and are attempting to get LabView 2020 onto it. Our academic license allows us to get LabVIEW Professional Development System with LabVIEW 2020 on it on our current PC. When we use the same serial number to activate on our new laptop, the dropdown only offers up to 2018. We checked and it is the same serial number used on our previous activation, so at one point in time this serial number offered activation for 2020.
