Cannot open project with cRIO/FPGA and EtherCat

One of the reason for 32 bit version is the cRIO platform.
The chips and the OS has for a long time been 32 bit only.
This might have changed, but i'm not sure.

You can have both 32 bit and 64 bit LabVIEW installed on you PC.

LabVIEW RT 64-bit was supported in 2021.  The cRIO drivers supporting 64-bit LabVIEW started with 2022 Q4.

But that version did not support every RIO hardware in 64-bit. NI is working on getting everything to 64-bit but don’t be surprised if 32-bit support will be quickly ended as soon as they get to the point that every driver they care about was ported to 64-bit. Full parallel 32-bit and 64-bit support will only exist for a very short time!
