Cannot reset IP address on sbRIO-9612

I have a sbRIO-9612 that will not connect to MAX.  The Status led keeps flashing every couple of seconds which the documentation says means that the IP address is not configured.  I have tried to reset it using the switches and reset button like the instructions say and it will not work.  I have also tried using an older version of LabVIEW and the RIO drivers but that also did not work.  I have looked all over this sight to try to find a way to fix it but I'm stuck.

 

I have been using a sbRIO-9632 on the same machine, connected the exact same way, and it works fine.  Please help!

Did you suceed? If not, try the options mentioned in this link. And if nothing works out, take console out, see the IP that the device sets and configure IP offline in MAX. It worked for me. 🙂
