Cant find function bar in lv.

Im a new programmer in labview and ive been watching the online tutorials at frcmastery.com, but when i go into my labview and the block diagram does not have a function bar, ive looked everywhere for it and still cant find it, any help?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "function bar". Which tutorial refers to this, and where in the tutorial does it mention this. Are you referring to the functions palette? That appears when you right-click on the block diagram. What happens when you do this? You can also display the functions palette by selecting the menu item View -> Functions Palette (accessible with the block diagram window active).
