Changing LabVIEW exe Languages

When building a LabVIEW app installer, it gives you the options of which languages do you wish to support.  However... say I build in English and install in Spanish, will my controls and Indicators still be in English?  My guess is that the answer to this is yes and that all controls and indicators need to be built in Spanish.  Can I get confirmation?

Correct unless....

You hid all control names

and

showed the captions

and

have implemented logic to update the captions for all controls using the proper language.
