Co-Simulation Multisim / LabVIEW error: Launching Multisim was unsuccessful

Hello there I have no experience Co simulating between multisim and Labview and it's also my first post in this community. I have researched some information but i feel it's not that clear neither complete. So far I have attempted this video  and I get the following error even though I followed the steps and also tried out the examples of LabView.

My concerns/ thoughts of what's causing the problem are the versions (if i'm not wrong labview 2016 and multisim 14.1 are recommended) but I really hope this isn't a version problem..

My versions are labview2020 and Multisim 14.2 and I set to default all the time steps for the simulation loop and multisim interactive simulation.

If you could try out my programs I would appreciate any help because I can't find what's the problem and how to fix it.

Never found the solution, used another software to achieve the task.
