Co2 plug in error

Hello, I see this error when going to Project Explorer. The project is about running a Co2 monitor recorder program that someone else made a few years ago (2016). I have a basic system development license. The built program also does not show any CO2 graph. Does anyone know how to fix it? if you need more info please let me know.

When you don't have the AppBuilder license then you cannot use any BuildSpecs to create executables from your VI. As simple as it is…

(What exactly is a "basic system development license"? LabVIEW comes in 3 editions "base", "full" and "professional"…)

Why don't you attach this project?

I'm pretty sure he meant a Base Development System and that indeed does not come with the Application Builder. One needs indeed the Professional Development System in order to build executables.
