Communicating to EX1200-3001

I have a EX1208A chassis from VTI with a couple EX1200-3001 cards installed.  I have installed thier IVI and insturment drivers.  I cannot get the device to initialize with either the IVISwitch or specific driver.  I setup the device in NIMAX and have a logical and device assigned.  I can query it through NIMAX and it responds fine.  I get the following error message:

Have you tried contacting VTI about this?  They created and maintain those drivers, and would likely be able to give you a more helpful answer to that error message, which appears to be coming straight out of their dlls rather than from LabVIEW.
