I was able to get the device to respond using the \r\n termination character. Thanks so much for your help Dennis_Knutson!

Hi,
I just came across this list of commands in Chemyx website, i hope it is useful: RS232 Commands.
For the LabView they told me they will publish it very soon on NI and their website.
