Comunicating with A MadgeTeck PRTemp1000

We want to use six MadgeTech PRTemp1000 probes in a test stand and we want to control the stand with LabVIEW 8.2. The one they bought to play with has the USB interface and the software that came with it can only communicate with one probe. To use mutable probes we need to use RS232 and a network converter. Dose anybody have any experience in working with these units and might know how to talk to the PRTemp1000 directly, the camand syntec, reply syntec, format?

For specifics on how to communicate with the PRTemp1000, after going to the Main Product Page for the product, it directed to an accessory IFC110 that provides software, manual and RS232 computer interface cable for this specific device. I would recommend referencing this for the specific commands you would need to use.
