Connecting 9145 Ethercat

Hi,
I am facing error , While connecting NI 9146 Ethercat Chassis with NI CRIO 9046 acting as controller.
The error comes when I deploy the program in hardware.
Error is "An internal error occurred : the device identity data is not valid for this I/O plug-in"

What modules are you using in the NI-9145 chassis?

Not all C-Series are supported in EtherCAT chassis. C Series Module and CompactDAQ or CompactRIO Hardware Compatibility with LabVIEW

Thanks for the reply.
Actually I am able to connect the ethercat 9145 chassis with CRIO 9046.
The error got resolved by rebooting the CRIO and then Freshly deploying the modules.
