I've been studying Labview for a short time, and I accepted a challenge from a friend of mine who suffered a hacker attack and lost his polysomnography clinic system. I managed to recover 85% of the system but I am having great difficulty with the Windows registry parts and communication with the Rabbit BL2600 board.
I would like to know if I can get paid consultancy to help me with this case so that we can get the system 100% functional.

The Rabbit BL2600 is an external embedded device. What is the function of it and how is it configured and connected?

What is the relevance of LabVIEW with this application?

Is the original developer of this application known and accessible?

Do you have the project sources or just an executable?

We are using the Rabbit BL2600 to intermediate the Labview system with several sensors for a polysomnography exam.
Labiew receives this connection with the bl2600 and sends the data to the system through a multicast. After receiving the data, a graph is displayed with the reading taken.
The original developer stopped working with Labview 14 years ago and is no longer interested in helping.
I have all the project codes. 
I am located in Brazil, state of Minas Gerais and the city of Belo Horizonte.
