Hello everyone,
I want to control 2 Brooks MFC using ADAM 4000 modules in labVIEW. The ADAM modules are the 4561 (for data), 4017 (analog input) and 4024 (analog output) while the OS is Windows 11 and the version of labVIEW is the 21st. Using NI-VISA I can obtain the COM that the ADAM modules use. However, I can find how to obtain the addresses of the ADAM modules, and consequently of MFC, in order to define them in labVIEW. I downloaded the driver for ADAM 4561 from this link. I read that NI-VISA can be used for writing the commands but I want to make a block diagram in labVIEW and I do not know if NI-VISA is appropriate for that purpose. Furthermore, in other forums I read that a Modbus library is needed but I could not find one compatible with Windows 11. I tried to run the Simple Serial.vi but with no luck.
To summarize, I want to implement a similar application to this but using ADAM 4000 modules. However, while I spent nearly a month to figure out what I need to do I still do not know how to find the addresses of the ADAM modules and how to operate the MFCs.
Thank you in advance for your help!!

Based on what I understand from ADAM website and user manual. There are a couple way you can interface with ADAM modules using LabVIEW:
