Could not able to use serial ports

I'm using pxie-8861 Controller with LabVIEW RT installed. Total 4 Pxie 8431 and 2 Pxie 8430 serial cards installed in my RT system(96 ports).The problem is that I could not able to use more than 64 ports and it is throwing a error if go more than that. Earlier I used serial 19.5, with that in NI Max itself more than 2 cards ports are not listed  Can anyone give me a solution for this issue?

The kernel for NI Linux Real Time is pre-configured to allow up to 32 serial ports, when being used with NI-Serial 20.0 or earlier. The switch away from the 8250 driver as base for NI-Serial was already with NI-Serial 21.3 on NI LInux RT. So, if you need more than 32 serial ports based on 843x in Linux RT, update your NI Linux RT System Image to version  21.3 or newer.

Right now I'm using 21.5, with that when I try go more than 64 ports. Visa open is throwing a error. Previously I used 19.5 version and after I went through this paper I upgraded my RT to 21.5
