Creating Custom Workspace Object for VeriStand Fails due to Missing File

I tried to create a custom VeriStand workspace object following the recently published tutorial here: Creating Custom Workspace Objects for NI VeriStand - NI

However the template file "Decoration - Free Label.vi" which needs to be sourced from C:\Users\Public\Documents\National Instruments\NI VeriStand 20xx\Display Templates makes use of the VI "sub_Display Template - Polymorphic" which cannot be resolved:

Of course this then results in an error in VeriStand as well:  

I am wondering what I miss here. Any support is highly apreciated. 

I run the following versions: 

• LabView 2021 SP1
• VeriStand 2021 R2

while building the Source Distribution, at Source File Settings tab set prefix name "Control_" to all dependency items as shown in image below to make it unique names.

Use different Prefix name for different control to make it unique
