Are you talking about a purely mathematical simulation of a system? What are the formulas? Where do you get the parameters defining the system? We clearly need more details.

Step1 one of any program development is to get clear requirements! You gave us none. So how could we possibly help?

Are you actually controlling a motor? What are you control algorithms? What safety features do you need?
