Creation of RTSI cable on remote RT PC

Hi, I have two PCIe6363 boards on my remote RT PC. And I want to use RTSI cable to synchronize these two boards on one data acquisition task. BUT, I can not create the RTSI cable in the MAX, actually, I even did not find the option of NI-RTSI cable, please see the attached picture. The driver for DAQmx is NI-DAQmx 9.6.2. Could anyone please help me to figure out what is wrong with my system? and is it possible to sync two PCIe boards without the RTSI cable?
