Custom Graph Runtime Menu not working in installed version

Labview 2009SP1, Windows.

I encountered a problem when configuring a custom menu for graphs and charts (with application items), Custom menu is built as file.

It works in the development environment.

It also works after building an executable.

It does NOT work when installed with Appbuilder installer: The standard runtime menu appears instead of the custom menu.

The menu file (*.rtm) is included in the project.

Is this a LabVIEW error or did I miss something?

Klaus,

this issue is not connected to the fact that there are application items included.

It has been reported as CAR 256160 and it is obviously something being around in LV for quite some time.

Workaround:

Make sure that the custom runtime menu is saved in the control. If you have several controls affected, open the RTM Editor for each of those controls, add a new item, delete this again and save the changes in the control (so no additional RTM file).
