DAQ Assist not in express input options

I am trying to use LabView to perform some very simple Input / Output work and I was going to show this using the DAQ Assist, as I have many times before. However I just installed LabView onto a fresh computer. I am running 2015 (32-bit or 64-bit). I then installed NI MAX 15.0.0.

Does anyone know why I can't access DAQ Assist?

Thanks.

Hi ryoden,

did you install DAQmx driver? DAQAssistent is part of the DAQmx package!

(Don't install DAQmxBase, it's a very limited package!)

Best regards,
