I downloaded a sample from the internet, and I noticed that the blocks for DIO Config, DIO Start, DIO Read, DIO Clear, DIO Parameter, DIO Write, and Device Reset are displaying as question marks.

Could you please tell me which toolkit these components belong to?

These are VIs from "traditional DAQ" driver, which is obsolete since a lot of years.

You need to recreate the same functionality using the "modern" DAQmx driver - or try to find examples that aren't as old as your current one…
