I am Pretty new to LabVIEW (2-3 Months so far) and I am currently developing a measuring system that is to record the current via the angle of rotation of a motor:
-LabVIEW 2020
-cDAQ 9189
-NI 9264 and NI 9215
-Shunt resistor 1A-100mV
-12V DC motor and BTS7960 motor driver
-Incremental encoder for angle of rotation measurement
I use this VI to control the system and it works quite well without any error messages. The problem is the current values I get drop to zero from time to time before they rise again. I once recorded the values with a multimeter and they don't drop like on LabVIEW. and i also don't know why but I can only measure a few angles per rotation although it measures continuously in NI Max.
When I measure the current values with NI Max, I don't have this problem. I have tried to run this measurement as a task with DAQmx but it does not solve the problem. does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong?
