You can't change the properties window - that needs to be changed/modified/upgraded/fixed/whatever by NI. You will need to set the properties programmatically, via property nodes for the control, as altenbach indicated. Have you tried?

No I have not tried it yet. Based on the answer, it has now become a nice to have versus a need to have. 

How can I add this to NI list of "stuff" to change?
