Solved!

Hi,

When a group in TDMS file is deleted by using the attached vi, unfortunately the file properties is deleted too. I do not want to delete the file properties. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Steve

"Convert TDM to TDMS.vi" can't convert custom properties in TDM file to TDMS file. So there is no file properties here.

Please replace "Convert TDMS to TDM.vi" and "Convert TDM to TDMS.vi" with "Convert to TDM or TDMS.vi" in Programming ->File IO-> Storage/DataPlugin with LabVIEW 2012 or LabVIEW 2013

That's a very nice thing for you to say, but maybe a nicer gesture would be to give a Kudo to anyone who has helped you, or marking the solution on the correct post that the solution was found on, giving credit to those who help you.

Hi,

I am new to the Forums. I would appreciated if you could let me know how I can do that.

Right next to "Kudos" is a yellow button with a plus and a star on it.  Just click that button and you've kudoed someone!

This answer is obsolete. There is now a TDMS Delete Data.vi
