How is your FPGA connected to some virtual COM ports attached over USB?

They are connected via USB Hub.

All three devices firstly are connected to USB Hub and then to myRIO.

You can’t access the USB Virtual COM ports from your FPGA logic. You need to use VISA functions in the realtime application deployed to the myRIO.
