Nonsense. The project sytle driver at the link above (http://sine.ni.com/apps/utf8/niid_web_display.model_page?p_model_id=1135) does not use any dll and is fully functional on a 64 bit system. It may require some changes since it has not been tested with the 4155C but it would be your best starting point.
