Hello, after formatting windows and a fresh installation of LabView, NI VISA and Keithley GPIB 488 driver, all my instruments were shown in NI MAX (no error shown in query) and also in LabView. After trying to run a LabView program, i got an error message saying ''Error - 1223 occured at Error opening interface, check GPIB address or RS232 settings - Possible reason: (Hex 0xFFFFFB39) Instruments Identification query failed" and after that the devices are not showing in NI MAX as well. **This was the reason I formatted my Windows in the first place after unsuccessful attempts of re-installing NI Software or LabView. Now I am back at the same point. Please Help...!!!
**when i restart the computer, the devices are visible in NI MAX again.
*I use Win10, LabView2018 and a Keithley GPIB card. I have also attached screenshots of VISA interactive control Query. No errors shown after restarting the system.
