Error -200361

I am using the USB-6363 to grabe SPI communication. The USB6363 is the slave, the external clock is at 10 Mhz with 64-bit messages sending at a rate of 50 kHz. Everything is working fine. When I try to open a serial port, the SPI grabbing fails on error -200361.

Could someone assist?

Do you operate the USB-6363 and your (virtual) COMport on the same USB hub?

Have you tried to put them on different USB ports/hubs?

I tried both options working on the same hub and working on a different hub, it didn't influence the problem.
