Are you trying to run multiple tasks at the same time? For example, running something in MAX and LabVIEW, or tow different VIs that access the same resource? That is the error.

No. Only running 1 task from LabVIEW. Exact same thing happens on a different computer I tried.

If I try the exact same thing (DAQMX Express VI) in LabVIEW 2018 32bit version, it works fine without any error.

You can try resetting the device or just use DAQmx functions instead of the assistant. Not sure what else is going on, cannot debug DAQ assistant.

I deleted simulated device and added back and still the same issue. Works fine on LabVIEW 2018 32 bit as I mentioned.
