Error adding dll to project file

Hello,

I create project file in labview and add subvi and dll files without any errors. I then turn it into an application here. I am getting the following error after conversion. I examined the file directories, all of them are available in the registered places. What kind of mistake could I be making in the process of adding .dll files?
