Error in inserting data to database

I am using SQL to store the data, When I am insterting the data to my table then I am getting error 2147217833.

 

Attached image for table structure and method the way I am insterting the record. I am using LV2011.

 

I am able to connect to database but error only in insertionProblem in Database.png

Soved. UerId was 5 and I was insterting 6.
