Error "This Class Contains No public Constructors"

I am Using Labview 2013 (32 bit ) , I am trying to use thirld party .DLL (.net assembly) uisnng .NET Constructor, I Have given the path for Assembly, Objects are loaded But in Some Objects The constructors are not loading the error is "This Class Contains No public Constructors" . Please help.

I couldn't open and see the zip you attached. Just giving some thought:

-Did you create project and include those dll and see here how labview locates .NET assemblies: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/C4EA5ABBEB67AF7C862573F3004D4421?OpenDocument
