Error to open database

What I need to do? Help please.

Need More Info - Database type and how you are trying to connect.  I usually use a "udl" file.  You can test the connection by opening the file before using it in labview.

Having a similar error come up. The VI was working with LV2012. Getting the error message below when opening it in LV 2017. Is there a 2017 library to update for this library?

The bottom of your error screenshot says the LV 2012 VI was saved with no block diagram, so you cannot convert it to a different version of LabVIEW.

I resolved it by linking the VI to the latest addon library.
