Event Structure is missing from the programming menu when the control correpsonding to a particular case is deleted.

After defining the different cases in an event structure corresponding for different controls (present in front panel).

when i deleted a control from the front panel for whom an event case has already been defined on the block diagram.

and then when i tried to delete the case corresponding to the deleted Control from the event structure,

the Event structure is not displaying any option for add/Delete cases,

 Moreover the option to add EVENT STRUCTURE from the programming menu is mising. How can i get the Event structure back in the programming menu ?

In one snapshot, i am unable to view the add/delete case option after right clicking on the event structure.

While in other snapshot, the Event Structure is missing from the programming menu.

i have repaired the LabVIEW too

but unable to recover it.

There is no need for you to repeate your self. Stick to one thread.

From your image I can see you are running in evaluation mode. Is the correct ?

What version of LabVIEW are you using ? Base/Full/Pro

Yes i am running LabVIEW in evaluation mode

but even in Working on LabVIEW evaluation mode, i was using event structure

and that was working fine

the version i am using is LabVIEW 2010 pro

You could try repairing your installation.

i have already repaired it twice

finally uninstalled the complete set up

and re installed again

yet event structure is not present in the programming menu

And you are sure it is the Pro version you are using ?

You can find that out from the vi in Help-> About LabVIEW.

Yes i have checked it

it is the pro version of LabVIEW 2010

and i had repaired it twice

then completely uninstall it and reinstall it

yet the menu is not showing event structure

can you suggest what should i do ?

Moreover i was using event structure in the past too

so it was present in the programming menu in the past

but now even after repairing and reinstalling , no event structure option is being displayed.

You could try downloading the eval for 2011
