Excel report ActiveX missing methods

Yes I agree with Eric. I also made the registry changes so the ActiveX methods did not disappear every time I started LV.

Good news!!!

I just noticed that after a reboot things are broken again.. you think that this could happens also distributing the compiled VI (.exe) ?

I.e. I need to fix the registry also on the target machine?

I never noticed anything wrong when I distributed/ran the EXE on other machines. Wouldn't hurt to look.

Even if you don't fix the registry, VIs that use the Excel methods with work correctly. You just can't edit them since the methods will be empty when selecting the drop down. I have an executable that writes to Excel and I didn't change the registry so it'll be OK.
