Have you searched the forum and the example VIs for some related topics?

You will find examples explaining how to read Excel files using dotNET/ActiveX/RGT and they all allow you to select sheets and ranges!

Just some days ago there was a discussion on how to read Excel data even without external dependencies (with minor limitations)…

So: what have you tried and where are you stuck???

Best regards,
GerdW

If you have the Report Generation Toolkit, there is an Excel Get Worksheet function that takes the Worksheet name or an index and makes that Worksheet the one you can read and write into.  This function is found on the Excel Specific, Excel General sub-palette.

How about you show us what you tried instead of making attacks?

There is an entire forum dedicated to excel. There are even some open source toolkits and examples. A little bit of searching on the forum goes a long ways.- For more information and some sample VI's and tool kits, you can go to the excel board

Good luck with the OP replying after his personal attack.

Why is that Excel Board in the Breakpoint section?

that forum has been around a long time and may even predate the report gen toolkit. so I am not sure why it was put in the breakpoint section. Probably because it is not NI Software. I did not see any attack post, they may have been deleted.
