FCC Emission Mask test E with N9020

I want to test radio transmitter signal according FCC 90.210  Emission Mask E with N9020 . There is example in Data Base of NI for MXA spectrum analayzer N9020 : "Configure Measurement (Spectrum Emissions Mask).vi. But this Mask is done for different standard.

I need to change limits and frequencies ranges in existing file  :" Extended User Data.ctl" that will suitable to Emission Mask E values. Please advise how do this
