I have a question!

Why doesn't Fieldpoint Explorer have a Scaling Section like Nidaq ?
It would be nice to have Engineering Units come from the Fieldpoint OPC
server.

Right now, I get the raw values from server into BridgeView and only have the
options of Linear and Square Root.

Greg, Do you know if National is working on this?

I really think both Fieldpoint and BridgeView should be more like the Nidaq
Unit conversion stuff ....

I'm not positive, but I'd also expect it to work that way sooner or later.
I know that work is being done on FP, and the DAQ stuff will get nicer too.

Just my 0.02$ worth but 3 years later NI still has not included it. Guess why I found this link. Perhaps if more comments were made more effort would be placed on it.

2004 and still no scaling. Fieldpoint's distributed nature crys out for built in scaling.
