Find and Replace without Palette

I know you can find a VI in all Application instances, and then choose to replace them with a VI, however when you click to select, it only brings up the Palette.  If I have a VI that I wrote and don't want to go through the trouble of putting it on a palette, is there any other way to select it to replace?  Thanks!

whoops right as I posted, found the "Select a VI" button smh
